ART Excel is a highly effective human-values training programme for children between eight and 13 years of age. Through fun and laughter, children learn valuable lessons on how to share with others, work and play in harmony, and develop a sense of belonging. They become more self-expressive, comfortable, and natural, even with diverse groups.

The Art of Living initiated the ART Excel Programme in response to the global health and values crisis in the world. Presented in a practical framework that appeals to youth of all ethnic, racial and religious backgrounds, ART Excel offers an enlightening approach that awakens children to their deepest potential and life's higher values.

Children learn simple but effective yoga and breathing processes that help to eliminate fear, anxiety, and depression. Art Excel provides practical tools that enable children to effectively handle the stress and negative emotions.

After undergoing the programme, children demonstrate enhancement of creative skills, improved memory and concentration, development of leadership qualities and healthy emotions, clarity of mind as well as improved interaction with their peers. YES! Youth Empowerment Seminar

The Youth Empowerment Seminar YES! is a fun and challenging life-skills and leadership programme that provides young adults with practical knowledge and effective tools to reduce stress, manage negative emotions, and develop social and leadership skills. The course is open to young adults between the age of 14 and 18 years.

The techniques taught in YES! help young adults deal with the increasing social and academic pressures of adolescence. The course provides students with problem-solving strategies and leadership training, skills on how to release stress and manage negative emotions. Experiential processes are designed to help teens feel at ease in challenging situations and foster the increased confidence and inner strength needed to better handle criticism, peer pressure and rise above life’s challenges.

Both fun and challenging, this 18-hour seminar provides teens with a comprehensive toolbox to manage their emotions and stress as well as dynamically navigate through adolescence. The programme broadens youth's vision of the world and provides practical knowledge and skills they need to realize their highest potential. Independent research has also shown that the processes learned on YES! reduce anger, violence and depression, as well as improve focus, clarity of mind and concentration.

YES!+ Advance (Part II Programme)

Get Refreshed, Revitalised and Invigorated

The Art of Living Part II course guides one on a journey deeper into one’s self, enabling the spontaneous integration of life and wisdom. It offers a chance to dive deep into genuine relaxation. We need to rest in order to be more dynamic. However, often we come back from vacation feeling more exhausted and in the need of another one. The Part II course is vacation in the truest sense of the word. Complete with silence, meditation, seva (service) and celebration, it will help one emerge refreshed, revitalized and invigorated.

Often offered in-residence, it includes special meditations that utilize the power of silent awareness and observation for culturing the system, expanding awareness, and bringing freedom to life. The course is open to those who have already taken the Art of Living Part I workshop and is spread over 4-5 days.


DSN (Divya Samaj ka Nirman)

Breaking Boundaries of the Mind

DSN (Divya Samaj Nirman) is a unique programme that trains one to break boundaries of the mind and go beyond oneself to serve society. The name which is Sanskrit literally translates as Creating a Divine Society.

We all have personal barriers, old habits, or inhibitions that hold us back and keep us from fully participating in life. Yet we all have a deep desire to be the best we can be - for ourselves, our families, our communities and even the world around us. Using a powerful combination of yoga, special meditations, breathing techniques, group processes and deep spiritual knowledge, DSN empowers participants to break personal barriers and self-concepts.

This rigorous, delightful, and transformational course provides the first opportunity for the individual to take more social responsibility and experience the power of one’s inner strength. This course is open to all those who have completed the Art of Living Part I Course.


Sahaj

Effortless Path to Genuine Relaxation

Sahaj means natural or effortless. Samadhi is a deep, blissful, meditative state. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a natural, effortless system of meditation.

Like the sun covered with clouds, our innermost nature can only be covered temporarily. Opened to those who have already taken the Art of Living Part I workshop, the course is spread over three daily sessions of three hours each.

The participants will learn an effortless system of meditation that allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into the self, thus giving it much needed deep rest. When the mind settles down, it lets go of all tension and stress, making one healthy and focused. Regular daily practice of the technique can totally transform the quality of one’s life, by culturing the system to maintain the peace, energy, and expanded awareness of meditation throughout the day.
