Oh Yaaar!!! Simply WOW!!
It is very interesting to notice the relationship between the breath and the different Doshas in the body, namely Vata, Pitta and Kapha. These three Dosas affect certain parts of the body more than the other parts.

For example, Vata Dosha is predominant in the lower part of the body i.e., the stomach and intestines. Diseases like gastric problems and joint aches are due to Vata imbalance. Kapha Dosha is predominant in the middle part of the body. A cough is mainly a result of Kapha imbalance. Perhaps the word cough has come from the Sanskrit word Kapha. And pitta affects the upper part of the body i.e., the head. A short temper is a sign of Pitta.

So Vata, Kapha, Pitta are dominant in three different parts of the body. In Yoga or breathing techniques, the three stage of Pranayama has an effect on these three Doshas. Among the different pranayama and other breathing technique, there are specific breathing exercises for the lower, middle and upper parts of the body. If you have done three stages of pranayanma, you might have noticed that after doing it you feel that the Doshas in your body have altered.

No Attention, no Tension :o)
"Ancient swamis sadhus.. would not like to listen to any conflict... If you are part of solution, your energy is high if you are talking problems problems your energy goes down.. Solution comes behind a problem.

If your energy is high, people who come to you, their problem gets solved..

Let people complain what they want, Learn to Keep Your Energy high.. as though nothing is happening :)

Problems come to you to make you turn your mind inwards.. What we do is we begin chasing problems and Energy goes down and you collapse..Your compassion does not help at all in solving problems.. problem multiplies... Any problem comes to help one turn inwards, gain dispassion...

Trying to pacify the person in problem is the worst thing..

LET EVERYONE BEAR THEIR OWN CROSS

If you are miserable its your Karma, If you are Happy, Its your Karma....

Attention Compassion cycle continues and it becomes only TENSION....

Making someone happy is a BURDEN... Don't try to do that, coz you can't

No one gives misery, it gets created by one's own mind...

YOU DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEM should be your attitude as a Sadhak....

In Relations, Compassion is not good. Random acts of compassion towards people you don't know...

BE PASSIONATE ABOUT DISPASSION... :)

Your mind gets bogged by miseries of others.. What can you do!! and Your mind is shattered completely.. Cut all the cobwebs around, all the strings around..

Only one string to the DIVINE...

WHATEVER the MASTER give is PRASAD.. kicked out, scolded.. everything. That attitude is the best attitude ....

No Attention, no Tension :)

Don't get carried away by other people's problems in your relationships.."
